FEED MILL
In order to provide feed for our pigs in a constant quality of feed we analyze every single batch of raw material entering our feed mill.
Raw materials are stored in our own storage facilities either in bags, big bags or bulk.
We own 18 000 tons of grain storage with possibility to dry and clean grain if necessary.
Feed formulations are done in house according to latest European standards by our specialists.
We operate a state of the art feed mill with a capacity for 15 tons per hour inclusive pelleting line.
Piglet production
All our farms are equipped with state of the art technology for pig farming.
Sows are housed in groups for most of the time. Only during a short period of time they are fixed for protection of their off spring. Our main goal is to provide as much wellbeing for the mothers, as we know that only mothers, which feel well give good results with their offspring.
During high temperature periods our sow houses are air-conditioned to minimize heat stress to the animals.
Fattening farms
Our fattening farms are also equipped with state of the art technology. This includes cooling systems during the hot period as well asenough day light and fresh air.
During this phase the pigs are kept on partly slated floors and fed by dry feeding system. This means high standard of feed hygiene, more space per pig and access to feed and water at any time.
Slaughterhouse
Our slaughterhouse has a capacity for 200 pigs per day and is holding EU standard permission. This allows us to slaughter pigs for exportto other EU countries.
We also do cutting for our shops and our partners as well as producing sausages and other products from fresh meat.
The slaughterhouse is situated in a short distance of 15 km from the farms, which means short transport of the pigs and thus as less stress as possible.
Shops
We are operating our own shops to guarantee the quality directly to consumers.
Our customers can taste all our products in our shops hot points, where we freshly prepare products every day for take away.
